Throughout this year, I was contracted by the CHS Drama Director to develop graphics, videos, print designs, and animations for the two on stage productions of These Shining Lives and The SpongeBob Musical. I also developed a new logo for the program and accompanying flyers for gaining sponsorships.

In both my graphic design & digital video production courses, I taught students the pre-requisite skills for digital/print design, animation, as well as copyright, trademark, & contract law to develop a poster for each production & an animation for The SpongeBob Musical. After the student work was developed, the Drama Director would choose his favorite poster concept & I would re-work the design to ensure the design met the required specifications & copyright/contract restraints. I also developed additional graphics that matched the creative design strategy of the original poster design.

For both productions, I created background images/graphics for use during scenes. For The SpongeBob Musical production, I developed multiple videos timed to music for the background of musical numbers to enhance the scenes. I edited a student animation for one scene from my digital video production course for use on stage & developed a second animation for another scene in the production.

Lastly, I also developed social media advertisements including graphics & video reels to support the marketing of the productions & targeting of community members to attend.
