  • Online Education Using Videos

    When the pandemic hit, I knew that I would only be able to teach through video and one-on-one support for students. Due to the varying internet speeds and access for my students, I developed and produced numerous videos posted to YouTube for students to access remotely.

  • Online Personalized Education Schedules

    To provide students with online personalized education either during the pandemic or through independent study required an organized system. Learners with personalized experiences need to understand the expectations and requirements of each day with very few clicks to get to their intended location. Creating these guides for students has allowed me to provide independent learning experiences quickly and easily.

  • Adobe Illustrator Interactive Proficiencey Scales

    As students work through skills in the Adobe Creative Suite, we collaboratively evaluate their work and skills to detemine if they are meeting standard. Students are asked to provide evidence of their knowledge and describe how they can improve. If they want to Test Their Skills, there is a challenge with each skill to show their abilities to meet standard.

  • Developing Font & Color Schemes

    Using a specified font for an apparel company, students are tasked to develop a complimentary color scheme to begin etablishing an overall strategic brand for the company.

  • World Language Materials

    Collaborting with World Langage teachers, I have developed practice worksheets for continued use in Spanish courses.

    As I develop materials for educators, I always try to develop varying levels to support intervention and extension student learning.

Elementary Education Materials

  • Visual Assessment Rubric

    To target primary students with visual cues, I collaborated with a kindergarten teacher to develop this writing assessment rubric in various formats to include on any writing assessment.

  • Hands-On Practice

    Creating easy to print activities for students to participate in hands-on practice, I developed these subtizing rings for mathematics with a design that can be transferred to multiple grade levels & concepts.

  • Ready to Use Learning Resources

    When I develop learning resources, I not only develop one version of the resource, but multiple to support educators with their needs. For example, this worksheet was created in color, black and white, and with different fonts.

  • Flower Shop Dramatic Play Center

    In the spring, plant growth and flowers are included in a unit in the MyView Curriculum for Kindergarten. We developed a Flower Shop Dramatic Play Center to support student learning with thematic graphics & resources.

  • Flower Shop Dramatic Play Order Form

    Dramatic Play should include opportunities for students to practice literacy, math, and social/development skills. Each unit included order forms or evaluation forms for students to practice these skills.

  • Flower Shop Sensory Bin Plant Report

    To accompany the Dramatic Play Center, a Sensory Bin is also provided in the classroom that are themed with the unit. In the Flower Shop unit, students were provided with dirt, plastic flowers, and seed packets. Incorporating an opportunity for students to develop number sentences, we created a plant report to accompany the sensory bin.

  • Flower Shop Art Station

    The third station of the classroom was an art station that was also themed to the unit. We developed art prompts and opportunities that matched each unit. For the Flower Shop, students were encouraged to create a design for a bouquet that they could put together at the Dramatic Play center on another day.

  • Flower Shop Supplies Labels

    Labeling each material and supply for the dramatic play and sensory bins provides students with the opportunity to practice their literacy skills.

  • Post Office Dramatic Play Price Sign

    Changing the theme and math opportunities each unit challenge students to use problem solving & critical thinking skills.
